Job Description:
The purpose of the Account Manager position is to produce profitable sales within the defined territory. Initial territory includes the Northeastern, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest states. The candidate must be a self starter willing to build a sales base for a small entrepreneurial company that is positioned for high growth. The candidate can be located anywhere within the territory but preferred location would be based at the Corporate Headquarters in Wayne, PA.
Position Objectives:
- Identify prospects, present NHPN’s value proposition, close contracts and provide on-going relationship support.
- Meet annual sales quota determined by the company.
- Protect the profitability of NHPN products .
Minimum Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare or related field. MBA preferred.
Experience:
- BA/BS in Business, Healthcare, or related concentration.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, combined with a background in sales.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare industry – revenue cycle management knowledge required.
- Healthcare Consulting Sales experience preferred.
- Strong C suite relationships with Acute Care Hospitals within the territory.
- Must be engaging and able to adapt to the language/culture/styles of potential buyers.
- Willing to work with peers and teammates to efficiently ensure company profitability.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output.
- Solid knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
Travel:
Up to 50%.
Compensation:
Total compensation of $150K to $200K including base salary plus commission.
